Dr. Owen Middleton was born and raised in central Arkansas. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and subsequently received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine. He completed four years of anatomic and clinical pathology residency training at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine. Following this, he completed forensic pathology training at the Jefferson County Medical Examiner’s Office in Birmingham, Alabama. He is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology by the American Board of Pathology, with subspecialty certification in forensic pathology. He has worked with the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office since 2007.
